October is Emotional Wellness Month and we think that ties in perfectly with the ancestral traditions that have shaped our human bio-rhythms.

For our ancestors, tending to the fields for survival meant a lot of hard work to sustain through the winter. Thankfully, we are not as reliant on personal crops for survival these days, but we still take care to ensure our wellness through the cold winters, especially here in the Northeast.

Although times have changed, as fall begins, we still prepare our grounds and homes for our protection and comfort.
