It is not a true palm, and is more like a desert plant, with a dense trunk that cleverly stores water, so it is drought tolerant and very tolerant of neglect. We ship your houseplants on Monday and Tuesday only via USPS (that way our babies won’t sit in a box over the weekend). Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.
